I am very sorry to have to take the decision to retard the
holding of our FCEM World Committee, which was scheduled for May 25 to 28, 2007
in Libreville, Gabon due to events beyond our control
It has been
decided after much thought and discussion to postpone the organisation of
the FCEM World Committee in Gabon, which was to be held under the patronage of
the President of Gabon.
I hope that this turn of events has not caused
great inconvenience to our FCEM members and friends. I will keep you informed as
to further developments and plans to reschedule our meeting.
