The Monaco association of women entrepreneurs FCEMC became a full FCEM member and officially received the FCEM flag from Françoise Foning FCEM World President during the Gala Dinner October 24, 2006 held at the 54 th World Congress  

The national associations of women entrepreneurs from Brazil OBME, Luxembourg FFEL and Latvia LBWA presented their associations and requested membership in FCEM before the members of the FCEM World Committee meeting on October 23, 2006
